The "Kaikai" Book aims to provide our audience with healthy recipes for all ages. It also aims to provide our audience with other information relating to nutrition and exercise. Furthermore, the term "KaiKai" refers to the Torres Strait word for "food" and/or "eating".
The KaiKai Book would like to thank all those contributors who made their recipes available - thank you!
