In this video, Spice N' Pans teaches you how to cook Salt and Pepper Calamari. INGREDIENTS: Preparation of calamari (squid) ------- 280g of squid, A few dashes of white pepper , 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of Chinese white rice wine, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 4 tablespoons of tapioca flour, Some tapioca flour (to further coat the coated squid), OTHER INGREDIENTS: ------ 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 piece of red chilli - deseeded & chopped, 1/2 teaspoon of salt (add more to taste), 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper (add more to taste), Some chopped spring onion.
