Together with Gennaro Esposito, the two Michelin stars chef of La Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense (Naples), we'll discover the octopus meatballs, a Neapolitan variation of a dish widespread in all gastronomic cultures around the world. And it is precisely with meatballs that the 2020 edition of the Acqua di chef contest begins: the competition dedicated to professionals chef is promoted by Italiasquisita and Ferrarelle, with the support of Mulino Caputo and Birra Baladin.
