Dough should proof just until doubled in size both times. 1/8 of cup warm water (28g), 1 cup of warm milk (226g), 2 tsp active dry yeast (7g), 1 TBSP sugar + a pinch (12g + a pinch), 1 TBSP unsalted butter, melted (13g), 2 TBSP softened room temperature unsalted butter (30g), 1 1/2 tsp salt (8g), 2 1/4 cup All purpose flour + 3 TBS (359g) Spray for greasing bowl & plastic wrap. Important: If your bread is not golden brown and has not reached an internal temperature of 190F degrees. Let it bake longer. The time the bread bakes may vary depending on your oven.
