Lo Mein: 1 lb or .45 kg (uncooked); 2.2 lb or 1 kg (cooked), Vegetables: (Your choice), Carrot, Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts, Celery, Nappa, Broccoli, Snow Peas, Soy Sauce: 8-9 tsp / .167 cup / 40 mL, Sugar: 5-6 tsp or .100 cup -.125 cup / 20g-25 g, Cooking Wine: 6 tsp / .125 cup / 30 mL, Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tsp / 5 mL, Oyster Sauce: 5 tsp / .10 cup / 25 mL (Vegetarian: replace with vegetarian oyster sauce from oyster mushroom or shiitake mushroom.), White Pepper: a little bit ( a couple sprinkle), Garlic: 1-2 cloves of garlic (minced), Ginger: 1tbsp (minced), Green Onions: 1 tbsp (minced), Sesame Oil: 1 tsb. For 250 g of Lo mien use only 2 tbsp of the sauce. Drizzle a little bit at a time until you reach your desire taste.
