In this video you will be shown a way to prepare this basic seasoning sauce to go with any noodles that you like. You can use any noodles that you like ranging from instant ramen noodles, egg noodles, fresh noodles or even spaghetti. The fragrance of shallot oil and the aromatic special oyster sauce mix is just perfect. You can easily store the excess shallot oil and special oyster sauce mix in the fridge for weeks and add them to your noodles whenever you feel like a quick meal fix. Serve your noodles with some wanton, char siu, fishballs, chicken nuggets, sunny side up or anything that you liked.
