Sambal Kang Kong Recipe. Ingredients: 200g kangkong/water spinach (roots trimmed), 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water, 2 chopped chili padi (optional), Sambal Belachan: 2 chillies, 5 chilli padis (or 2 chillies), 3 cloves of garlic, 5 shallots, 2 tbsp dried prawns (soaked), 10g belachan. Kangkung Belachan Recipe. Ingredients: Blended into Paste: 1 red chilli, 1 birdseye chilli, 2 shallots, 1 garlic, 1 belachan - tsp, 500g kangkung, 1 dried shrimp - tbsp, 2 fish sauce - tbsp, 1 sugar - tsp, Serves 4 people, enjoy!
