Ah Ma's recipes - like that of her oyster/clam omelette - are so treasured, even her grandson in New York calls home to learn from her.
Ingredients: Omelette: 1 tbsp rice flour, 3 tbsp tapioca flour, pinch of salt, 100ml water, 2 eggs, 10 large oysters (fresh or frozen), ¼ cup chopped spring onions, ¼ coriander leafy part.
